here is my little post of gratitude
last week mikey got a job offer w/ crump insurance, a company he has been interviewing with since june. hooray! after job hunting for 3 solid months, he got the position! we are so excited & grateful. i know most of these experiences test our {my} patience, but i am so blessed to have a patient husband w/ great perspective. he finished his last day @ beneficial on monday, and started his new job on tuesday. so far so good. we are so appreciative!
we are also so thankful for the wise council to stay out of debt and save. i keep being reminded of my favorite talk from april's General Conference. there really is so much peace in knowing you have done all you can do, and trusting Heavenly Father. i'm still working on my faith and trust, but it's a process, right? :)

ReplyDeleteIt was so much fun looking at your blog. Sorry about the crib and the mess and trying to get the crib into the car. It makes for a great funny story though. We are actually in Garland now. We bought the home that I grew up in. My dad was laid off of work and they were going to sell and we were wanting to buy and it just worked out perfectly. It's been frustrating at times and wondering why the Lord would want us here, but it's been good overall. Congrats on the baby. Make sure you take plenty of pregnancy side pictures. I didn't and it's fun to document. Good to see that you are doing well. Tell Mike hi for me.
